This bag has some good design ideas, and some poor travelsupplyandaccessory ones. I love the idea of access to the open area (sandwiched between the two zippered compartments). It''''s a perfect place for cell phone and keys. But the Velcro does NOT hold the open compartment closed. And because the handle is attached to the back wall of the bag, the weight of the contents make the bag lop-sided when you hold it by the handle. The bag slips onto the shoulders very easily, and the bag rides very comfortably on your back. Someday these bag designers are travelsupplyandaccessory going to remember to attach the handles at the center of the bag, but as the size of the bag is perfect, I''''ve got my local cobbler designing a fix for the Velcro problem. And I''''ll live with the weight and travelsupplyandaccessory balance problem, because obviously, most of the time the bag is either on my back travelsupplyandaccessory or on my shoulder.

I am, overall, very satisfied with my purchase of this bag. It has held up extremely well and, more importantly, been easy to handle while traveling. E-Bags have the best values for purses, suitcases, travelsupplyandaccessory etc. anywhere that I shop. I have tons of things from e-bags, and get compliments all the travelsupplyandaccessory time. Keep up the great effort! This product is not balanced conveniently. When travelsupplyandaccessory it is packed, it will not stand upright on it''''s own. It will fall over. This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best features, because I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t. Also it looks great and fits in any overhead compartment easily. I flown with it several times and it is great.
