I am, overall, very satisfied with my purchase of this bag. It has held up extremely well and, more importantly, been easy traveler and club to handle while traveling. E-Bags have the best values for purses, suitcases, etc. anywhere that I luggage shop. I have tons of things from e-bags, and traveler get compliments all the time. Keep up the great effort! This product is not balanced conveniently. When it is packed, it will not stand upright on it''''s own. It will fall over. This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best features, because I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t.
